Are these rules likely to change?

| Member Behavior |
Aggressive Behavior
Aggressive behavior towards members, or staff will not be tolerated. Physically threatening another member is absolutely forbidden. All determinations of serious intent will be made by the Moderators.

Hate Speech
Insulting another member's spouse, children, other family members, race, gender, sexual orientation or religious beliefs will not be tolerated. All determinations of serious intent will be made by the Moderators.

Disclosure
Posting other member's pics or private info (proper name, address, phone #'s, etc.), unless consented to by the affected member.

Board Disruption
Coming on this board for the purpose to attack others & cause disruption will not be tolerated. The Administrator reserves the right to ban without any warning.

Language
Given the society we live in today, swearing (cursing) has become more common. We accept that this can be a rather strong form of expression and will turn a blind eye to it, provided that it is not directed at anyone in particular in a serious manner. Again, this determination will be made by the Moderators.

Links To Illegal Music Files
Any posts which contain links to illegal copies of commercially released material, or material which is due to be commercially released, is forbidden. These posts will be deleted and the posting member will be disciplined accordingly.

Spamming
Spamming is considered to be registration or making multiple posts with the sole intent to attract traffic to a site for personal gain. We welcome links to external sites, but this must not be abused. Please do not spam our forums.

| Use of Images |
Copyright
No images, avatars, signatures which are under copyright should be used unless you make quite clear who the copyright belongs to and that you are allowed to use the image for social purposes. Any images found to be under copyright on our site without clearance will be removed immediately.

Adult Content
Images of real nudity may be used only if they are posted in a designated adult-only forum. Examples of images not allowed outside the adult-only forums are those specifically of male and female genetalia, or two people engaging in any form of sexual activity. The Administrator has the final word on the appropriateness of any image of a sexual nature.

Responsibilty
The Administrator and Moderators are not responsible for anything that happens to a member as a result of trading in audio or video trading. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHO YOU ARE TRADING WITH!!!

Acceptable Practices
No trading of official releases is permitted. Support your artists and buy these! Trade only bootlegs that are not available in stores. No offering to buy or sell bootlegs is permitted - only trading is allowed.

Post Deletion
The Administrator and Moderators reserve the right to delete any post or thread deemed to be a violation of the Rules or for any other legitimate reason deemed appropriate.

The Administrator and Moderators reserve the rights to issue ONE warning to a member for violating the Rules.
